1. Purpose
To provide users with a clear, step-by-step process for setting and accessing their favorite team’s audio content—such as live commentary, post-game analysis, and exclusive team updates—on the sports audio mobile app.
2. Scope
This SOP applies to all users of the Sports Audio Mobile App who wish to personalize their experience by selecting and accessing content related to their favorite sports team(s).
3. Responsibilities
Users: Follow the steps below to customize and access favorite team content.
Support Team: Provide assistance in case of issues or errors related to team preferences or audio playback.
4. Prerequisites
A compatible mobile device (iOS or Android).
The latest version of the Sports Audio App installed.
A registered account (free or premium).
5. Procedure
Step 1: Launch the App
Open the Sports Audio Mobile App on your device.
Step 2: Log In
If you are not already logged in:
Tap Login
Enter your credentials or sign in via a linked account (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.)
Step 3: Navigate to Preferences
Tap on the Profile icon or go to the Settings menu.
Select "Preferences" or "Favorite Teams."
Step 4: Choose Your Favorite Team(s)
Browse or search for your team by name, league, or city.
Tap the star icon ⭐ or “Add to Favorites” next to your desired team.
Note: You can select multiple teams depending on your preferences.
Step 5: Save Preferences
Tap Save or Confirm to apply your team selections.
The app will now prioritize content related to your chosen teams.
Step 6: Access Favorite Team Audio
Navigate to the Home or Favorites tab.
Select your team from the displayed favorites list.
Choose from available audio content, including:
Live broadcasts
Pre/post-game shows
Exclusive interviews or commentary
6. Troubleshooting
